UniTrust Resources provides community-based assistance to adults with special needs through our residential services. We provide individuals a wide array of support services that allows them to live independently as much as they can. Our staff helps residents acquire, retain, and improve their skills relating to activities of daily living, as well as social and adaptive skills that they may require to enable them to live in a non-institutional setting.
Respite Care Services
We can provide temporary residence to individuals who need constant care while their primary caregiver is away. Know that our team will make certain that the individual will receive the same level of care as if the caregiver is still with them. However, a clear justification of the respite care services must be outlined within the person-centered plan.
Community Living – Group Home
Our group home is equipped with the amenities and services needed by adults with special needs who may require round-the-clock assistance and supervision with their activities of daily living. We can provide medical care on occasion and medication administration can be provided by one of our trained professionals.
